Terms of order delivery/receipt:

• The online store robinzone.ua delivers goods throughout Ukraine, using the services of carriers (Nova Poshta and Ukrposhta).
• The order delivery time depends on the remoteness of the settlement and the carrier you have chosen.
• If payment is made by cash on delivery, the carrier's commission is paid by the client.

FREE courier delivery to your home or office for orders over 1500 UAH.

Payment
Order payment methods:

• Payment for goods on the site using the LiqPay payment system.
• Payment by bank details or via Privat24. If you choose this method, after placing the order, our manager will send you payment details.
• In cash when received at the post office or by Nova Poshta/UkrPoshta courier (cash on delivery), the Nova Poshta/UkrPoshta commission is additionally paid.

Exchange and return

• The goods purchased in the robinzone.ua online store can be exchanged or returned within 14 days from the moment of delivery of the order, in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Consumer Rights".
• For exchange/return, you need to contact our manager by phone or e-mail during the specified period.
• The exchange is carried out while preserving the merchandise appearance of the items, the integrity of the products and packaging (the presence of labels and tags, the absence of signs of wear, stains).
• Underwear (for example: bodysuits, overalls, T-shirts), clothes and goods for newborns, towels, blankets, diapers, hosiery are not subject to exchange/return (CMU Resolution No. 172 of 19.03.94). Such items can be returned only if there is a factory defect.
• In case of exchange or return of the product, delivery is paid for by the customer.

Defective goods

• If a manufacturing defect has been detected, an exchange or return of the product is possible only if there are no traces of product use.
• A product that has a manufacturing defect is considered defective. Please check for stains or abrasions immediately upon receipt of the order (at the post office; with the courier).
• If there is a shortage, delivery to one/both sides is paid for by the online store robinzone.ua.
• Refunds are made within 3 banking days from the moment of receipt of the goods.
